Goldmine Racing Syndicates

In 2008 David and Stephanie formed a racing syndicate company, Goldmine Racing Ltd. The advantages of becoming part of Goldmine Racing are that you can diversify your racing portfolio by taking shares in horses thereby giving you more opportunities to compete at the top level at a fraction of the cost.

Goldmine Racing will endeavor to make racehorse ownership as easy and as enjoyable as possible - all you will have to do is make it to the racecourse and let us buy the champagne!

Goldmine Racing will keep you fully updated on your fillies performance at each training stage, we will send through photographs, video footage, arrange yard visits followed by a hearty breakfast. We also arrange racing days out, last year our box on the Curragh was a source of refuge and revelry for our owners.

We provide all shareholders with a shareholders certificate and contract which sets out our commitments. The bottom line is that the purchase of your share entitles you to the same share of ownership and prize money won and covers all keep, training, supplements, specialist treatments and vet bills for one year (up until 31st October 2009) after that a supplementary fee will be payable to cover ongoing fees.
